Terms & Policies

By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and policies. These policies are designed to ensure transparency, mutual respect, and a positive experience for all clients.

Services Provided

IVII League Fitness offers personalized fitness training, workout programs, nutritional guidance, and other related services. All services are tailored to meet individual goals while maintaining health and safety as a priority.

Client Eligibility

Clients must:

Be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a parent or guardian.
Complete a medical questionnaire and liability waiver before beginning any training.
Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their training.

Payments & Pricing

Payment is required in advance for all services, including individual sessions, packages, or programs.
All major forms of payment are accepted included Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Prices are subject to change, but clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any adjustments.

Subscription Services

By enrolling in an IVII League Fitness subscription, you agree to recurring automatic payments.

Cancellation: To cancel, provide written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.
Changes: Subscription pricing or features may be adjusted with 7 days notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued for unused sessions in packages. Exceptions may be made for medical conditions with appropriate documentation.
In the case of trainer-initiated cancellations, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Late Policy

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times.
Clients arriving late will forfeit the missed time, as sessions cannot be extended.

Liability Waiver

By participating in IVII League Fitness services, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical activity.
IVII League Fitness and its trainers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained during training or resulting from the application of training advice.

Photo & Media Release

By participating in IVII League Fitness sessions or events, you consent to the use of your likeness (photos/videos) for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials, without compensation.
If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to your first session. Revocation of consent applies only to future use, not materials already published.

Private Policy

Client information, including medical history and personal data, will be kept confidential and used only for service delivery purposes.
IVII League Fitness will not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, clients are expected to:

Communicate respectfully with trainers and other clients.
Follow all instructions and use equipment safely.
Adhere to gym rules (if applicable).

Failure to comply with this code may result in the termination of services without a refund.

Online Coaching & Programming

For clients engaging in virtual training or purchasing online programs:

All content, including workout plans and videos, is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.
Technical issues or questions about digital content should be directed to iviileaguefitness@gmail.com.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by IVII League Fitness, including workout plans, videos, and branding, are the property of IVII League Fitness and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Amendments

IVII League Fitness reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
